Why will we change? Pain works. I wish it wasn’t a prime motivator. The Tsunami of ego thinking, fueled by information, connectivity and machine learning fueled echo chamber extremism and hatred is painfully inflamed by self-manufactured fear and resentment. If we don’t change we’ll wish we were extinct — our rates of suicide, alcoholism, opiate overdoses and level of depression and disillusionment speak statistics this assertion.

What will it look like? Kindness, acceptance, questions, moderation, practiced ego disconnect, touch with nature, humility. Outward external changes will be reflection of the inward psyche changes and are less important than inward peace, a twinkle in our eyes and a great increase in smiling more often.
