We are have not arrived at an interim consensus of what our mind is. Mind does not have a working theory like Newton’s gravitation statements to even be subject to disproof later by relativity. What we generally currently refer to as our mind is apparently fairly fascinating. Our mind may be much more connected or unified and less separate than current paradigm. The common implied assumptions of a separate mind-body may be a persistent illusion. After all, the engineering team on Star-trek Enterprise does not move the ship — physics and the dynamics of the known universe are just being worked with by engineering.

Many of the early theorists about “ego” (as we have adapted the term and “unconscious” as we use the term were interested in all the great suggestions in this article. They were also interested in facilitated and fearless discovery of patterns as well as apparent fabricated messages from the theorized unconscious (dreams, symptoms such as neurosis, etc.). Great article.
