Simple quip answers instantly raise my suspicions so my invitation is to take this response as a free thought stream of consciousness trivia pursuit.

I am awkwardly working toward a framework, a paradigm, of “it’s not about me”. This is not a “I am a doormat just discount my existence” concept — it is a “celebrity, image, power and prestige are insane illusions to the greater illusion that I am a separate and individual autonomous element preening about in consciousness as a glorious lord distinguished from the cosmos” concept.

Maybe a sense of “not belonging” to our culture is a gift, a talent and gracefully bestowed benefit to a greater insight. None of us “belong” in the way our collective consciousness indoctrinates us. We are here for the briefest blink of time in our “earth suits” and it is intuitively obvious the timeless seamless whole absorbs us back into the non-relative whole without more notice than a hydrogen atom being burned by our nearby star.

So what is my quip? Rejoice in our sense of not belonging, maybe it is a faint clue of truth applicable to us all.
