“Relatively unblockable” is an assertion I’m uncertain about, or at least unusable. I worked in network engineering and early in that career was involved with transceivers and cellular. I’m uncertain about what disruption that targeted radio spectrum energy might be able to accomplish. I have Starlink here on my ranch (works well for now) but the uncertainties, confusion and disputes about the 12 GHz band gives me pause even without deliberate interference. I have an un-researched guess that China does not have to physically shoot SpaceX satellites to disrupt their use.
