I’m going to quit coffee. I love it, it makes me feel great. I sleep great. Money is not an issue. My resting heart rate is 50–53 bpm, same after my two cups I drink only 1st thing in the morning. Pure minimalism for me just is. Water is fine, hydrogen dioxide, about 1.5 gallons a day (yes I drink that much but I exercise over an hour a day and am a rancher so physical labor). Poured from my private water well no chemicals, it’s all my earth suit optimally uses.
