I believe this message, joining with psychoanalysts who theorize I could not be using the alphabet symbols or this iPad to form symbols of language, perhaps thought, without an “ego”. My ego doesn’t know how much it doesn’t know and does work to form illusionary explanations about how it is “running the show”. The idealized image, my heroic ego, seems to be a recurrent illusion tactic. The surest evidence to me about the need for relationship and service to others is that service and trusted intimate relationships (along with journaling) will, in my experience for me, reveal illusionary patterns with a efficacy few other tools so predictably deliver.
