I believe this is an accurate statement and much different than the CMB (Cosmic Microwave Background) electromagnetic radiation that together with redshift provides the current accepted cosmological model. It is a low frequency sometimes hypothesized as GWB (Gravitational wave background) and my conviction is everything is sentient and this wave energy is the common mind, the common consciousness responsible for what CG Jung called synchronicity and what Rupert Sheldrake theorizes as Morphic Resonance. The frequency is in the 10 to 1000 Hz range making it unsurprising that “Om” sound in practices such as Yoga are approximately 432 Hz.

In this view we do not so much have consciousness as we are part of consciousness, a timeless spaceless energy meaning the ego is simply a fabrication with useful aptitudes but with the unfortunate attribute of assumption, in spite of the obvious condition, that it does not acknowledge that it, the ego, cannot know what it doesn’t know. At any rate, consciousness did happen (there is more than one “Big Bang”, anyone who might read this response will be aware they are reading). It seems that nature demands progression and if this is true our species must progress to consciousness 2.0 which would imply tuning into Om (a surrender experiment proposed and practiced by mystics throughout modern history).

BTW, a “Francesca” type ego arguably participated in the microwave experiment that confirmed CMB and earned Penzias and Wilson a Nobel Prize and accelerated adoption of the “Big Bang” model. The microwave horn they used at Crawford Bell Labs was located next to Holmdel Township, New Jersey. The timing of their experiments and routines in 1964 created interference (inexplicable to them) of television reception and a woman who enjoyed certain TV programs would have severe signal interference and storm through the guard gate at the labs and demand meetings with the labs director forcefully complaining that some experiment was ruining TV reception. Part of the experiment was the capture and amplified reflection of frequencies including ambient radiation left from theorized recombination, bonding of electrons and protons, hydrogen. This near isotopic background radiation was partly confirmed by her recurrent confrontational appearance at the facility.
