Donald Trump is just being who he is — an egomaniac who will use whatever means at whatever cost to promote his own ambitions. He will use provocation, mantra repetition of the big lie, social media, insurrection against democracy and violation of any and all norms, laws or ordinances in every attempt to advance promotion of himself. One method is to deliberately stoke division between well meaning people concerned about the continued high rate of Covid deaths and well meaning people who feel disenfranchised, repressed and frustrated about a culture that seems to them to be fractured, dysfunctional, unstable and walking on broken glass.
